VISTA BANK (ROMANIA) S.A. is a Bucharest-headquartered commercial bank operating under a license from the National Bank of Romania and subject to Romanian and EU banking regulations. The institution traces its roots to Marfin Bank (Romania) S.A. and adopted the Vista Bank name in 2019 following a change in ownership, continuing to serve retail, SME, and corporate clients through a network concentrated in major cities.
