NATIXIS WEALTH MANAGEMENT

Natixis Wealth Management is the wealth management business of Groupe BPCE and operates under the Natixis brand for private clients, entrepreneurs, and family holding structures, with activities centered in France and Luxembourg. It provides discretionary and advisory portfolio management, brokerage of listed securities and funds, structured-product solutions, private equity and unlisted strategies, real asset access, Lombard and other collateralized lending, real-estate-related financing, and wealth engineering services that cover estate, business transfer, and cross-border planning in coordination with legal and tax specialists. Product sourcing combines internal capabilities and the fund range of Natixis Investment Managers with third-party managers; life insurance wrappers (assurance-vie and capitalisation contracts) and dedicated mandates are commonly used vehicles. Client coverage is relationship-manager led with investment advisory teams and digital reporting tools; availability of services, minimum asset thresholds, and onboarding requirements vary by jurisdiction and client profile. Fees typically include tiered management charges for mandates, transaction costs, custody and administration fees, and, where applicable, performance fees on certain funds or wrappers; distribution retrocessions may apply and are subject to MiFID II disclosure rules. French activities are conducted through licensed entities supervised by the ACPR and the AMF; the Luxembourg entity is supervised by the CSSF. Statutory protection schemes apply to eligible assets held with the relevant entity, including in France the FGDR deposit guarantee up to EUR 100,000 per depositor and the securities guarantee up to EUR 70,000 per client, and in Luxembourg the FGDL deposit guarantee up to EUR 100,000 and the SIIL investor compensation up to EUR 20,000, subject to legal conditions and exclusions. Cross-border marketing and product access are restricted by local regulations, and all investment services are delivered under KYC, AML, and MiFID II suitability and reporting frameworks. Natixis is wholly owned by BPCE, which completed the squeeze-out of Natixis S.A. in 2021; the wealth brand remains within the group’s asset and wealth management division.
