SID-SLOVENSKA IZVOZNA IN RAZVOJNA BANKA, d.d., LJUBLJANA is Slovenia’s national promotional and export-credit bank, fully owned by the Republic of Slovenia and headquartered in Ljubljana. Product eligibility, state-aid rules, and project documentation requirements can lengthen processing times and constrain pricing flexibility relative to commercial lenders. The institution channels national and EU funds into investment, innovation, infrastructure, export finance, and environmental projects, cooperates with the EIB Group and other multilaterals, and publishes annual reports detailing mandates, financial statements, and risk disclosures.
