BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. is a universal bank operating in Poland, majority-owned by the BNP Paribas Group, headquartered in Warsaw and listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The institution was built through successive integrations, notably the acquisition of Bank Gospodarki Żywnościowej (BGŻ) and the core business of Raiffeisen Bank Polska, and adopted its current name in 2019.
