Over BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A.
BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. is a universal bank operating in Poland, majority-owned by the BNP Paribas Group, headquartered in Warsaw and listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The institution was built through successive integrations, notably the acquisition of Bank Gospodarki Żywnościowej (BGŻ) and the core business of Raiffeisen Bank Polska, and adopted its current name in 2019. It serves retail, SME, corporate and institutional clients with current and savings accounts, term deposits, payment cards, consumer loans, mortgages, overdrafts and investment products, alongside cash management, trade finance, working capital and investment lending, transaction banking and treasury/FX services; through group affiliates it also provides leasing, factoring and fleet management. Digital access is offered via the GOonline platform and GOmobile app, with support for BLIK, contactless payments and major mobile wallets, and international transfers are available via SEPA and SWIFT in multiple currencies. The bank operates under the supervision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), and deposits are protected by the Bank Guarantee Fund (BFG) up to the statutory limit equivalent to EUR 100,000 per depositor per institution. It publishes financial statements under IFRS and provides product regulations and fee schedules; pricing, limits and eligibility vary by product and customer segment and are subject to change. Operations are delivered through a national branch network, remote service channels and digital tools, and the bank maintains PSD2-compliant open banking interfaces for licensed third parties. The franchise reflects the legacy BGŻ focus on agribusiness, while also covering broader retail and corporate banking needs, and it reports on sustainability-related policies and financing in line with group frameworks.
