MEMO BANK

Memo Bank is a French credit institution authorized by the ACPR and supervised within the euro area framework, focused on serving business clients registered in France, primarily small and mid-sized companies. It offers euro business current accounts with French IBANs, SEPA credit transfers and SEPA direct debits, and corporate debit cards (physical and virtual) with configurable limits and 3‑D Secure authentication, managed through web and mobile apps that support multi-user access, roles, and approval workflows. Deposits are eligible for the French deposit guarantee scheme (FGDR) up to €100,000 per depositor, per institution. The bank provides company financing such as loans for working capital and investment, subject to credit assessment and, where applicable, guarantees or collateral. Integration options include a banking API and accounting exports to link account activity with bookkeeping and treasury tools. Pricing is subscription-based with monthly fees for the account and add-ons such as cards and certain payment services; the current tariff is published on the bank’s website. Onboarding and service are delivered online without a retail branch network, and the offer is not intended for consumers.
