The institution is supervised by the National Bank of Belgium, with involvement of the Belgian FSMA and cooperation with European authorities, and operates under EU regimes such as CSDR and the Settlement Finality framework; participation is subject to eligibility, KYC/AML standards, collateralization, and operational requirements. Account structures support omnibus and individually segregated models consistent with CSDR. Pricing typically covers instruction settlement, safekeeping, corporate actions, tax services, and triparty usage, with volume and service‑level components; detailed tariffs are provided directly to participants.
