RegioBank

RegioBank is a Dutch retail bank operating under the de Volksbank N.V. umbrella, distributing services through a nationwide network of independent local advisors alongside online and mobile channels. It offers current accounts for private and small-business customers with Dutch IBANs, SEPA transfers, standing orders, and direct debits, as well as a contactless debit card; online and app banking cover standard functions such as payments, card settings, and account management. Savings products include variable-rate accounts for adults and minors; rates are published by the bank and can change. Account opening requires standard identification and customer due diligence, and some onboarding may be routed through an advisor depending on the case. The bank does not maintain international branches; cash services in the Netherlands are accessed via the Geldmaat ATM network. Fees, interest rates, and eligibility criteria are set and updated by the bank; service is primarily in Dutch. Complaints can be filed through the bank’s procedures and, if unresolved, escalated to Kifid, the Dutch Financial Services Complaints Institute.
