Risk exposures are concentrated in corporate credit, structured finance, and market activities, with controls based on internal models, stress testing, collateral, and counterparty risk management; results are sensitive to interest-rate, credit-spread, and sector cycles, as well as to regulatory and legal developments across jurisdictions. CACIB participates in sustainable finance frameworks commonly used in project and corporate financing and is active in arranging green, social, and sustainability-linked transactions in line with group climate policies; availability of products varies by country and client type. As with other global banks, the group has disclosed past regulatory settlements and continues to adjust compliance and conduct processes.
