Sobre Caisse régionale de crédit agricole mutuel Charente-Maritime Deux-Sèvres
Caisse régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel Charente-Maritime Deux-Sèvres is the regional cooperative bank of the Crédit Agricole network serving the departments of Charente-Maritime (17) and Deux-Sèvres (79), operating a local branch and ATM network alongside web and mobile banking. It offers current accounts, payment cards (Visa and/or Mastercard depending on range), SEPA credit transfers and direct debits (instant transfers may be available subject to conditions), overdraft facilities, regulated savings (Livret A, LDDS, PEL/CEL) and market-based products, life and non-life insurance distributed through Crédit Agricole Assurances (Predica/Pacifica), consumer credit and mortgages, as well as services for professionals, farmers, SMEs, associations, and local authorities. As a mutual, clients may become sociétaires by subscribing cooperative shares and are represented through local caisses locales; governance and pricing decisions are taken at the regional level. The bank is supervised in France by the ACPR within the EU prudential framework and is part of the Single Supervisory Mechanism for significant group oversight; eligible deposits are protected up to EUR 100,000 per depositor by the FGDR, and payment services are provided under PSD2 with strong customer authentication. Pricing is set locally and published in the tariff brochure and the Document d’Information Tarifaire; fees vary by package and usage (e.g., account maintenance, cards, withdrawals outside network, transfers). Account opening usually requires standard KYC documents and may be done in branch or online for eligible profiles. Credit is subject to approval and solvency checks; insurance and investment products are subject to their own terms and risks. Complaints follow an internal process with possible escalation to the Médiateur du Crédit Agricole; procedures and contacts are disclosed in the bank’s public documents.
