Banco BPI, S.A. is a Portuguese universal bank headquartered in Porto, operating nationwide through branches, digital channels and the Multibanco network; it is a wholly owned subsidiary of CaixaBank, S.A., and its shares were delisted from Euronext Lisbon following CaixaBank’s takeover. The bank serves retail, affluent/private, SME, corporate and institutional clients, providing current and savings accounts, payments and cards, consumer credit, mortgages, SME and corporate lending, cash management and trade finance, as well as investment and asset management services. The bank supports SEPA transfers and international payments via established correspondent networks, and offers online and mobile banking for account management, transfers, card controls and basic investment transactions. It publishes audited annual and interim financial statements, Pillar 3 disclosures and other regulatory reports in line with CRR/CRD requirements, and maintains AML/CFT, sanctions and data-protection controls consistent with EU and Portuguese law; policies, governance and risk frameworks are aligned with CaixaBank Group standards.
