AS SEB banka is a Latvian universal bank headquartered in Riga and wholly owned by Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) of Sweden; it operates under a Latvian credit institution license, is supervised by Latvijas Banka within the EU regulatory framework, and participates in SEPA.
