CIBC Capital Markets (Europe) S.A. is the European Union arm of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce for capital markets and related corporate finance activities, incorporated in Luxembourg as a société anonyme and authorized by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier.
