À propos de Caisse régionale de crédit agricole mutuel de Lorraine
Caisse régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel de Lorraine is the cooperative regional bank of the Crédit Agricole Group serving the Lorraine area (notably Meurthe-et-Moselle, Meuse, Moselle, and Vosges), providing retail and commercial banking to individuals, professionals, farmers, associations, local authorities, and businesses. Its product set covers current accounts, domestic and SEPA payment services, debit and credit cards, regulated savings (such as Livret A, LDDS, and LEP subject to eligibility and statutory caps), home-savings plans (PEL/CEL), term deposits, consumer credit and mortgages, equipment and agricultural finance via group arrangements, and insurance distributed through Crédit Agricole Assurances (life and non-life). Distribution combines a regional branch and ATM network with online banking and the group’s mobile app, with security and strong customer authentication aligned with PSD2; card services include contactless and support for major mobile wallets subject to card and client eligibility. As a French credit institution, it is authorized and supervised by the ACPR, with consolidated oversight of the Crédit Agricole Group under the ECB’s Single Supervisory Mechanism; deposits are protected by the FGDR up to the statutory limits per depositor and per institution. Governance follows the mutual model: clients can become sociétaires by subscribing cooperative shares that confer voting rights, and the regional entity is not publicly listed. Pricing follows French transparency rules, including an annual tariff brochure and the standardized fee summary, with account packages and à la carte options and incident-fee caps applicable to legally defined vulnerable customers; a basic payment account is available under the droit au compte framework. Lending is subject to credit approval and borrower assessment; regulated products and state-supported schemes (for example, PTZ eligibility for qualifying homebuyers) are offered in line with current regulations. Cross-border and foreign-currency services are delivered through the group’s payment and correspondent networks, with standard SEPA transfers and optional instant credit transfers where enabled.
