Pricing is defined by published schedules for standard products and negotiated conditions for larger or bespoke corporate mandates; rates and fees are adjusted periodically. Customer identification and documentation follow applicable German AML/KYC requirements, with onboarding timeframes varying by customer type and complexity. The institution does not operate a large nationwide branch network and relies on electronic channels and relationship managers; strong customer authentication is used for online banking in line with PSD2. Following the integration of the former SÜDWESTBANK into BAWAG’s structure, legacy accounts and loans continue to be serviced by the branch under existing contractual terms, with client servicing and systems aligned to BAWAG Group standards.
