Informazioni SEB Pank
SEB Pank is the Estonian subsidiary of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB, headquartered in Tallinn and supervised by the Estonian Financial Supervision and Resolution Authority (Finantsinspektsioon). It offers retail and corporate banking, including current and savings accounts in euro and selected foreign currencies, debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) with contactless and 3D Secure, domestic SEPA transfers (including SEPA Instant for eligible payments), and international transfers via SWIFT. Digital banking is central, with internet and mobile channels secured by strong customer authentication using Smart-ID, Mobile-ID, and the national ID-card; open banking access under PSD2 is available for third-party providers. The product set covers consumer loans, mortgages, overdrafts, and leasing through group entities, as well as investments, brokerage, and distribution of second- and third-pillar pension products; business customers have access to cash management, merchant acquiring and e‑commerce gateways, file-based and API connectivity, trade finance (guarantees, letters of credit), and foreign exchange and hedging. Account opening follows standard KYC/AML controls; non-resident and higher-risk profiles face additional scrutiny and may require in‑person verification. Cash services are provided via branches and an ATM network in major locations; fees apply to withdrawals, deposits, and certain transactions beyond set limits. Cards can be tokenized for major mobile wallets (e.g., Apple Pay and Google Pay) where supported. Pricing for accounts, payments, cards, FX, and corporate services is set out in the bank’s public tariff; cross-border and currency conversion charges apply. Deposits are covered by Estonia’s deposit guarantee scheme up to €100,000 per depositor per bank; investment services are subject to the local investor compensation framework with exclusions. Service is available via phone, secure messaging, and selected branches in Estonian, English, and Russian. Constraints include transaction and scheme limits, sanctions screening, and industry restrictions defined by policy and regulation.
