Pricing is generally fee-based and varies by mandate, with management, custody, and transaction charges disclosed in the bank’s tariff schedule upon request; minimum relationship sizes typically apply. Deposits with eligible Belgian entities fall under the Belgian deposit guarantee scheme up to EUR 100,000 per depositor, while investments are not deposits, can fluctuate in value, and are generally outside deposit protection; a separate investor compensation regime may apply within statutory limits. Services are delivered under MiFID II rules with suitability, appropriateness, and best-execution obligations, and onboarding is subject to KYC/AML requirements and cross-border restrictions depending on the client’s country of residence.
